Oregon offers statewide crisis services for people of all ages — children, teens, adults, and older adults. Trained crisis counselors can provide support, safety planning, and connection to local resources.

Local Oregon Crisis Resources

• County crisis lines provide real-time support and can dispatch mobile crisis teams when needed.
• Warm lines offer non-emergency emotional support for anyone feeling overwhelmed, lonely, or in need of connection.
• Youth and family crisis services help children and teens access stabilization, counseling, and safety planning.
• Aging adult support connects older adults with crisis counseling, grief support, and community resources.

When to Reach Out

Please seek crisis support if you or someone you care about is experiencing:
